R.I.T.E PHOTO SERIES 

*In the photo series entitled R.I.T.E (Relief In The Error) Mr.B explores his lifelong relationship to OCD and a brain in constant notice of errors and patterns. Inspired by the Highlights Magazines popularized in his youth with activities meant to find the thing out of place, here he looks at signs with words or letters that have been erased burned out left out or misplaced. 

He invites us into his vibrant relationship with the night and the city with a sense of humor and delight to join him on a scavenger hunt to find and document particular signs that have serendipitous errors transforming the error into a statement, commentary or new word. This ongoing project is one of his many attempts to find light in the dark while also finding safety, routine, a rite of passage and celebration amidst the uncontrollable and changing landscape of the city and in life as a whole.
